Workshops

I offer Somatic Movement workshops.

Currently, I am offering regular workshops on either;
Authentic Movement or
Eco-somatic Movement
These workshops are open to everyone with any experience in movement practices.

Over many years, I have led various kinds of Somatic Movement workshops for specific groups of people – adults with visual impairment (BlindAid), the elderly (Azuki Foundation), young people (Royal College of Art outreach) and dance / performing arts students (University Campus Suffolk, Ochanomizu University, Tokyo Ballet Academy). I enjoy creating a unique workshop for a group with specific interests and needs. I would be happy to discuss if you are organising a movement workshop for your group.
