This is a closed group of 4-8 experienced Authentic Movement practitioners. By committing to the practice with your cohort for four months, we will build up more safety and trust within the group. This will certainly affect how each can stay close to themselves for their embodied spiritual enquiries, and how coherent the members’ processes become as a group. We will also have some seminar time to introduce and discuss the phenomena that each of us experiences as a mover or a witness when it arises in the group.

This is not for selecting participants but to reassure each person benefits from taking part in this group, supported by their appropriate background. The places will be served first come first served basis until the places are filled. The course will go ahead with a minimum of 4 participants. Facilitated by Katsura Isobe, Registered Master Somatic Movement Therapist (ISMETA), trained in Authentic Movement teaching with Linda Hartley and drawing on over ten years of dedicated Authentic Movement practice. Since 2022, she has been facilitating Authentic Movement groups that offer a carefully held space for embodied awareness, witnessing, creativity and self-inquiry.
