This is a closed group of up to eight experienced Authentic Movement practitioners. By committing to the practice with the same members for four months, we will build up more safety and trust within the group. This will certainly affect how each can stay close to themselves, and how coherent the members’ processes become as a group. We will also have some seminar time to introduce and discuss the phenomena that each of us experiences as a mover or a witness when it arises in the group.
